We are three friends, coaches, and runners: Cody Marowski, Tom Ohlman, and Andy Cowen. Our purpose is to educate, expand, and babble on the present and future of competitive running. Our mission is to inspire coaches of all ages, and to impact all athletes that strive to be better!
